Balify ships worldwide directly from our solar-powered atelier in Bali, Indonesia. Every piece is made to order and carefully packed before leaving our hands. Below you’ll find details regarding timelines, shipping terms, and customs information for all orders.

Production & Shipping Timelines

Because each item is made to order, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on fabric availability and order volume. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via express international courier. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Shipping Methods & Costs

All international orders are shipped via reliable express courier services such as DHL or FedEx. Shipping costs include handling and packaging and are calculated at checkout. Final shipping fees will be confirmed before dispatch.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped with tracking and basic insurance coverage. Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist with carrier communication.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or other regulatory fees upon arrival in your country. These costs are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before placing your order.
